If something’s not right.

We'd rather you told us than not. Here's exactly where to take it.

There are two different things you might be unhappy about, and they go to different people.

Something about Kemba

If it's about the Platform itself, the dashboard, the onboarding, how quickly we replied, or how something was communicated, that's on us. Email hey@kemba.co.nz with what happened. A real person reads it and gets back to you.

If we've got something wrong, we want to know so we can fix it, both for you and for the next person.

Your purchase is handled by Point Legal Limited, the New Zealand law firm that acts for you, directed by Tim Grace and regulated by the New Zealand Law Society. If you're unhappy with the legal work itself, tell Point Legal directly first. Every client receives a letter of engagement that sets out how to do this.

If you've raised it with Point Legal and you're still not satisfied, you can take it to the New Zealand Law Society's Lawyers Complaints Service, independent of both Kemba and Point Legal:

The Law Society will tell you what happens next, including your right to have the matter reviewed by the Legal Complaints Review Officer if you're not satisfied with the outcome.

If you're not sure which one

Email hey@kemba.co.nz either way. If it's actually a matter for Point Legal, we'll point you in the right direction rather than leave you guessing.
