What it does

What it doesn't do
It gives general information, not legal advice. It won't look at your own agreement, LIM, title or finances: that needs a lawyer, and a call is the way to get one.
It doesn't book anything inside the chat, doesn't need you to sign in, and doesn't ask for your details. If you book a call, that happens on kemba.co.nz.
Add it to Claude
Kemba is on its way into Claude's connector directory. Until it's there, add it as a custom connector with this address, no sign-in needed: https://kemba.co.nz/api/app/mcp. Then switch it on in a chat from the + menu, under Connectors.
Once it's listed, you'll also find it under Customize, then Connectors.
Add it to ChatGPT
Kemba is in review for ChatGPT's plugin directory. Once it's listed (in New Zealand), go to Plugins, search for Kemba and add it. Then pick it in a chat by typing @Kemba.

- "We just had an offer accepted, conditional on finance and a LIM. What now?"
- "What's a LIM report and do I need one?"
- "Can I talk to a lawyer about buying a house?"
If something's not working
- No card, just text. Some versions of the apps show text instead of a card. ChatGPT or Claude still gets the same steps, guide or call times and answers in words, with links to kemba.co.nz. Starting a new chat often brings the card back.
- An old answer after we've updated the app. The apps can hold on to an older version for a while. A new chat usually sorts it.
- "Open external link?" Claude may ask before it opens a link from an app. That's normal: the link goes to kemba.co.nz.
- Call times won't load. You can always see times and book at kemba.co.nz/start/call.
- Anything else. Email hey@kemba.co.nz and a real person answers.
Privacy
Your conversation stays with OpenAI or Anthropic. The app receives which part of it the assistant wants, like a checklist stage, never your messages or details. A guide card's photo loads from kemba.co.nz, so our host sees your IP address for that, as with any website. More in our privacy policy.
